This book should be on the 'must read' list of anyone who is going through a difficult period in their personal lives. The author, Monica Young-Freeman, went through a prolonged period of mental anguish and survived a life-threatening situation. Here she has given her firsthand knowledge of what prayer can accomplish when it is coupled with faith and confidence in God. I have been her pastor for approximately 18 years, and I have seen how she, through prayer, showed courage and fortitude under some of the most difficult circumstances. It is my belief that this book will be an inspiration to all of those who find themselves continuously coping with difficult circumstances in their lives.
